The driver was waiting for me as said at the airport and he was very friendly and helpful in helping me settle into the apartment, including taking me to bank and helping exchange money and purchasing a plug converter for my laptop. The apartment is ideally located near the town centre and beautiful parks and next to a 24 hour food store. I am sending you a short note here to thank you and your company for the very efficient and friendly service offered. The taxi driver was waiting for me at the train station exactly where you said he would be with my name visible and arrived exactly on time early in the morning for my return.
The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures shown in the website and the location was excellent in the city centre.

Thank you for all you help with my stay in Kharkov, especially Olga. Being a foreigner here is not easy at times, but Olga made my stay much more pleasant, I called her on a couple occasions to to have food sent to my apartment and she came through with flying colors.The driver they hired to pick me up in Kiev was on time, nice and spoke English well. The apartment was clean and centrally located. I'm very pleased with the services and will defiantly use (Kharkovrent.com) again when I visit...
