Since this autumn the biggest low cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe Wizz Air adds Kharkiv destination to their Vienna network.
The flight from Kharkiv to Vienna will be performed twice a week at 14:00 on Wednesday and Sunday since November 25 this year according to the Kharkiv airport service report. The journey time will be a bit more than 1.5 hours.
The airline company has already confirmed that Kharkov has become one the cities that will be connected with the Austrian capital with a direct flight. The tickets are already available in the booking system, the one way ticket costs from 1000 UAH (30 Euros).
Also it is reported that since March, 23, 2019 Kharkiv-Vienna flights will be performed three times a week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Kharkiv is extending its routs to Europe this year. Thus since this April passengers will be able to fly from Kharkiv to Germany, and since June – to Poland.
Note: In 2014, Wizz Air airline suspended its flights to Kharkiv due to an unstable situation in Ukraine. The company has returned to Kharkiv in 2018 with opening two new destinations.
