Most of our Kharkov apartments you can rent as short as one night, please note there is a price difference as well - the longer your stay, the less you pay per night basis. You can ask for a quota for monthly rentals if you need.

You can make your deposit payment using your PayPal account or, if you don't have it, by VISA credit card, the remaining payment for the apartment you rent must be paid in cash to the owner of the Kharkov flat or a representative of “KharkovRent” on your day of arrival in Kharkov. If you wish to pay all your stay through Paypal/credit card, please discuss it with our manager at the time of inquiry for a specific apartment.

Stay for 1-3 nights: if you are going to visit Kharkov for a short period of stay and do not wish to go through the hustle of prior payment, we can note your request and offer you a choice of a couple of same quality Kharkov apartments. The exact address we will give you few days before your arrival. In this case you simply pay the full amount upon checking in. But if you are interested in a particular Kharkov flat and want to have only it for your stay in Kharkov, you can pay for it in advance before your arrival, and we will keep it for your dates firmly.

In case you cancel your booking, the reservation amount is not returned, as we keep the Kharkov apartment you are going to rent for the dates you require and do not accept any other bookings for these specified dates, in case of cancellation we could incur losses as this flat might not be rented and stay vacant.

There is no extra charge for cleaning of the flat you rent, before  your check in our after you checkout; in case you need additional cleaning or washing services we can provide it for you at a very inexpensive price, please discuss it with our manager when booking. We also provide for bed sheets and towels change if your stay is longer than 7 nights at no extra cost.

After the reservation deposit, the remaining payment for the apartment you rent must be paid in cash to a representative of KharkovRent at the check-in, on the day of your arrival in Kharkov upon receiving the keys. If you wish to pay for all your stay with Paypal or credit card, you can do it prior to arrival, please contact us at info@kharkovrent.com to make the arrangements.

In order to reserve your apartment in Kharkov you can pay booking deposit at the property's page, following the link SEND BOOKING DEPOSIT above the signs Paypal/Visa/Mastercard on the right side of the page.

Yes, we own some of the apartments for rent and others are managed by KharkovRent, thus we can offer you professional service and very reasonable prices for centrally located Kharkov flats.

All the flats we rent out in Kharkov have check-in time at 2 p.m. If you arrive in Kharkov before 2 p.m. and the apartment you booked is ready, you are more than welcome to check in. If we have guests checking out, we need a few hours to clean the flat. Any variation of these times is only by prior arrangement, so please do not hesitate to discuss all details before your arrival.

You are requested to check out of your apartment in Kharkov by 12 a.m. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later than the agreed time, you can pay for the half of the day, but please, discuss it with our manager.

The keys are given to you on arrival at the Kharkov apartment you rent from us. If you do not order our car transfer from Kharkov airport, KharkovRent representative will meet you at the place at the time specified by you when booking for check-in. Be sure to communicate your arrival plans beforehand and to have our manager’s mobile phone number with you while getting from the Kharkov airport to the flat, to assure your fast and smooth checking in. Please note checkins and checkouts before 8am and after 23pm are at extra $5 charge for our representative to wait you off work hours.

Bed linen and towels are provided in all our apartments for daily rent. There is no extra charge for this. The flats are also equipped with a soap and toilet paper. If you need extra bed linens or extra set of towels, or another blanket, don’t hesitate to ask us and we will bring them for you.

KharkovRent offers you only centrally located apartments for daily rent in Kharkov. Also, be sure the flat is clean, comfy, safe area and has all necessary utensils and appliances. Wi-fi internet access is a must.
